1. Our commitment

Meath Enterprises Ltd wants people to be able to use this website regardless of disability, technology or method of access. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the recognised benchmark for accessible web content.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, navigation and interactive features will be reviewed as the website develops.

2. Using this website

We aim to make the website usable with common browsers, screen magnification and keyboard navigation. We also aim to:

• use clear headings and a logical reading order;
• provide meaningful link and button text;
• maintain readable text size, spacing and colour contrast;
• add useful alternative text to informative images;
• avoid relying only on colour to communicate meaning;
• allow pages to reflow on smaller screens; and
• label forms and provide understandable instructions.

3. Current accessibility status

Automated testing alone cannot establish full conformance. The site should also be checked by keyboard and with appropriate assistive-technology and human review before the status is changed.

4. Known and potential limitations

During the continuing review, some content may not yet provide the best possible experience. Areas being checked include:

• alternative text and purpose descriptions for older images;
• heading order and landmarks across older or externally generated pages;
• keyboard focus visibility and menu operation;
• form labels, error messages and confirmation states;
• colour contrast in legacy components;
• third-party widgets, social links, maps or embedded content;
• PDFs or documents supplied by third parties; and
• behaviour at high browser zoom and with custom text spacing.

This list identifies areas under review and does not mean every listed problem occurs on every page. We will prioritise barriers that prevent access to essential information or services.

5. Feedback, accessible formats and help

If you cannot access information, need it in another reasonable format, or encounter an accessibility problem, email admin@meath.group or use our contact page.

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and—if you are comfortable doing so—the browser, device or assistive technology used. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

We will acknowledge the report and aim to provide a practical response or accessible alternative within a reasonable period, depending on the complexity of the request.

6. Technical information

The site uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is built and hosted using the Duda website platform. Accessibility depends on these technologies working with the visitor’s browser and assistive technology.

Meath Enterprises Ltd is responsible for content and custom components published on this website. Third-party platforms and embedded services control the accessibility of their own interfaces.

7. Assessment and review

This statement was prepared on 6 August 2026 using a review of the website’s intended structure and content. It is not a certification or completed WCAG conformance audit.

The statement will be updated after a full live-site accessibility assessment, after material changes, or when significant reported barriers are resolved.
